Ek22 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using the Platform

1 General Terms & Conditions and Applicability

These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the ek22 website (https://ek22.ws) and all its services. ek22 is an international online gaming platform operating under a Curaçao eGaming license.

1.1 Nature of Agreement

When you create an account on ek22, a legally binding agreement is established between you and ek22. This agreement remains in effect for the entire duration your account is active.

1.3 Language & Interpretation

These terms and conditions are primarily published in Bangla but are also available in English. In the event of any conflict, the Bangla version shall prevail. If any term is unclear, please contact ek22 customer support.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account on ek22, all of the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 Years must be.
• You must provide your real name, age, and identity — false information is strictly not accepted.
• Each individual may only One Account open per person. If multiple accounts are created, all accounts will be terminated.
• The email address and mobile number you provide must be valid and belong to you.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential.

2.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

Ek22 may request a national ID, passport, or other government-issued document for identity verification at any time. ek22 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until verification is complete.

2.2 Account Security

If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact ek22 support immediately. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals at ek22:

3.1 Deposit Conditions

You may only deposit from a mobile banking account registered in your own name. Deposits made through a third party will be returned, and the account may be subject to investigation.

3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal. Winnings derived from bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements before withdrawal (see Section 4). Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

4 Bonus & Promotional Terms

All bonuses and promotions at ek22 are subject to specific terms and conditions. Please read the relevant terms for each bonus carefully before claiming it.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a welcome bonus of up to 150% on their first deposit. To withdraw this bonus, a minimum wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount must be completed.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

• Welcome Bonus: A 20x wager on the bonus amount is required.
• Free Spin Winnings: 25x wagering required.
• Reload Bonus: 15x wagering required.
• Cashback: No wagering required.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

If evidence of bonus abuse is found — such as operating multiple accounts, hacking the system, or manipulation — ek22 reserves the full right to void the bonuses and winnings of the account in question.

5 Gaming Rules & Prohibited Activities

All games at ek22 are operated in accordance with international standards. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using any software, bot, or automation tool to play games.
• Exploiting technical errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Coordinated group manipulation of the system through planned methods.
• Harassing or abusive behavior toward other players.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.

5.1 Game Results in the Event of a Technical Issue

If a technical issue affects the outcome of a game, ek22 reserves the right to void that game and refund the bet amount. No winnings may be claimed in such cases.

5.2 Maximum Bet Limit

A maximum bet limit of ৳500 per bet applies when wagering with bonus funds. Winnings from bets that exceed this limit may be voided.

8 Account Suspension & Termination

• If the user is found to be under 18 years of age.
• Extended inactivity (12 months+).

8.1 Self-Closure of Account

You may close your account at any time at your own discretion. Any remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded, provided KYC verification has been completed.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curaçao, and any disputes shall be settled within that jurisdiction.
